Some small plumbing oriented handyman jobs.
1) A small section of roof flashing has corroded and needs to be patched (adhesive bitumen flashing?). This needs a little agility as access is via a ladder and clerestory window to the roof.
2) A basin and sink tap both need tightening and washers checked etc.
3) A shower tile has come loose and the gap needs to be sealed. Damp subcourse so tile cannot be re-attached. Perhaps heat gun the area dry and use the flashing as per the roof.
I'm the landlord and access would need to be arranged with the tenants.
