I have two double hung sash windows which both need the mechanisms repaired, ie cords are broken. also i have a casement window (i think this is correct type) on which the bottom piece of wood has rotten and fallen away allowing the glass to slide down. also some of the side wood of the window is rotted away. i have a window which has been made to replace it but am unable to do so. i also have a winder for the window. access: the house is on an upwards slope and the driveway curve is a bit tight.
