Repair ceiling and cornices in 3x rooms, some may need replacement

We would like repair works to be done on our ceiling and ceiling cornices, preferably only during weekends:
ceiling cornices: ceiling cornice in the dining area which is approx. 3.0 metres in length is already sagging off the wall and ceiling. another ceiling cornice in one of the bedroom which is also approx. 3.0 metres in length is also sagging off the ceiling and wall. another ceiling corner joint has already separated and separation from the dry wall is also starting to show.
ceiling works: minor crack or separation has occurred on the ceiling which is due to separation on the joints one is approx. 3.0 metres in length which located between the living area and dining area; and, another one is located going across the hallway which is approx. 1.20 metres in length.
