* We require a few straight forward Handy Man jobs as follows:
1) Repair hole in Garage Roof (Internal) - Re Plaster and Paint Small section approx 2m x 2m
2) Small Wooden Entry Wall to Front Door is a bit weathered and just requires a light sand and varnish. (approx 4m x 3m).
3) Small leak in Down pipe that leaks a little with heavy rain
4) Possibly Install basic Sensor Light Outside (above Garage door) - prefer Solar option if possible
Require job to be completed ASAP (prior to June 30)
