I need the following to be done:
•Replace fly screen in kitchen and bed 1
•Replace damaged blinds as per initial quote
•Supply missing screws from kitchen cupboards
•Replace robe catchers in bed 2 and 3
•Repair/replace shower head
•Supply new shower curtain
•Replace bottom of vanity drawer in bathroom
•Rearrange coax cabling downstairs
•Replace fluro bulbs missing to downstairs
Additional items:
•Replace missing panels of front and back pergola
•Repair light switch in hallway which has fallen in
•Repair the ceiling of downstairs area
•Replace entry locks as not all keys were returned by previous tenant
•Add a door handle to the downstairs door
•The HWS, as I previously mentioned, appears to be dripping water constantly near the clothesline
Also a fresh coat of paint, although its not necessary, it would brighten the place up as you can tell different coloured paint has been used throughout. Please note: some patching may be required.
