Remove the pelmets over 4 windows in 4 seperate rooms (kitchen, loungeroom, and 2 bedrooms). Fix the cornices once the pelmets are removed in 3 of those rooms. Completely replace the cornices in the loungeroom, currently has a patterned cornice, would like a plain one installed to match the rest of the apartment.
