Need to remove current plastic laundry tub & build new bench (with space for items underneath). Also need to build a amall 1.5m long divider wall to separate laundry from garage & build cupboard & shelving units along wall in laundry/garage.
Have plan on what needs to be done and can arrange own plumber for installation of laundry taps etc.
Main task is building, wall, shelves, bench & cupboards.
