Danial is a fantastic builder, and has done several jobs for me. This job ended up being more extensive than originally planned. Original job was to demolish back pergola and replace Laserlite on side verandah. In the end we modified the existing carport, demolished back pergola and side verandah, built new side verandah (adjoining and extending on from existing carport), replaced guttering on carport and house as well as the new guttering for the new verandah. Original quote was $4,000 for labour & materials - job finished up at $4,500 because I decided to replace carport/house guttering as well. Daniel is quiet, friendly, and really LISTENS to what I want, asking lots of questions to make sure we cover things I may not have thought of. Many builders/tradesmen dont really listen to women, so I'm really pleased to have found Dan. I highly recommend him for any work you're considering.
