We have an old (icebox) air conditioner in the wall that has broken down. We want someone to remove this and patch up the inside and outside wall as the air conditioner goes straight through the wall. The outside is brick and will also need to be cement rendered. I can paint the inside and outside walls myself. It's only a small area of about 1m squared at most, but will need to all be done in the same day as it's at the front of the house and obviously don't want a hole in the wall over night. The builder/handyman will need to be a registered business/ABN.
