Remove a window and install a door

Want to remove a sliding window and install a door. Job requres relocating water, gas pipe and electricity cable.

Shower screen door alignment
Shower screen door(glass, framed) needs re-aligned so it can close properly.

Shopfront repair
Need to repair shopfornt swing door and optionally add a new closer

Need Wooden windows opened that are stuck, also need some cords replaced.
I cannot open or it is very hard to open the wooden windows in house Not sure...
