2x Bedrooms currently with old timber cladding. I need a price on removing the timber cladding (inc archs and skirts) and supply and install of plaster including cornice and replacing the skirts and archs. Rooms are 3.3 x 3.3 with high ceilings of approx 3.6 so it will be approx 40m2 of plaster per room x2 rooms so 80m2 all up with 1x door and 1x window in each room.
