Redesign, Landscape & Contruct Front Yard Garden Area

We are looking for someone to redesign & complete our front yard. Garden bed layout to possibly stay the same but will need sleepers to be redone, sprinker system installed, weed mat, river rocks or bark, water feature (power already there) and plants. I am also thinking of installing a new feature wall. I am open to a better solution so this may change if you have some better ideas. There is also a small concrete area 1mtr x 1.5mtrs to be redone
