I need someone to help me put up a solar electric fence across a balcony to keep my cat from jumping onto a busy road. the cat fence has 3 wires which go across a balcony, and works by solar panel. there are clear instructions on the pack, and the job is pretty straight forward once you understand what is required. someone with some a good understanding of electricals would be good. and some drilling into brickwork might be required. the job will only take about 1.5 - 2 hrs.
