Accepted my job almost immediately then never contacted me to arrange a quote or even gather further info. This was very disappointing as don't understand why they would take an opportunity away from someone who actually wants the job if they never had any intention of following up themselves, let alone mess me around, particularly as I had a number of other jobs that would have followed.

Ronnie was very professional, helpful, friendly and easy to deal with. He cleaned up better than expected between days (2 day job) which was greatly appreciated. As well as completing the job on time and with no additional costs, he even installed a floating shelf we had bought that I just showed him to gauge where the power point should be installed on the wall. Would definitely recommend and use him again for other jobs!
