1x Bedroom currently with old pine timber cladding. I need a price on removing existing archs and jamb around existing door, removing existing skirting board and supply and install of plaster (over the existing pine lining) including cornice and replacing the skirts and archs (I will supply skirts and archs). Room is 3.6 x 3.3 with high ceilings of approx 3.6 so it will be approx 60m2 of plaster gross and 14lmt of cornice (Standard 55mm cove is fine) Room has 1x door and 1x window.
