Plastering on ceiling after rain damage (future work following electrician)

Ceiling in kitchen (near fan and skylight) have "drop holes" where water has come through from the roof and marked the ceiling. the roof has now been replaced, so we have now called our insurance company, and they require 2 quotes for this job. there will be future work in the house once the electrician replaces lights in 2 bedrooms (therefore there will be holes to plaster up as well - as an additional job).
