Repair/replacement of water damaged plaster ceiling, approx 6 sqm, and insulation over same area (no painting required). .a small area of cornice damage will also need to be repaired. single level unit (cottage) in block of 12.
i need the above to be fixed right away but we would also like quotes on the following:
quote 1: removal of existing insulation in attic and laying of new insulation. approx 80 sqm total.
quote 2: installation of downlights in 2xbedroom (3x4m approx each), hall (1x5m), toilet (1x2) and sitting room (l-shaped, 20 sqm approx)"
