Extensive cracking in 4 rooms, mostly confined to the eastern side of the house. Requires plaster repairs/patching and partial re-painting. Some damp issues in hallway and also shower recess requires grout/silicon to be cleaned up and sealed. Side fence between properties is leaning over. Two uprights in side fence may need reinforcing/replacing.
