Ex-rental house that has been vacant for several months in need of various repairs due to bad tenants. This includes plastering some holes in the walls, taking nails out of walls, replace punched in doors, new letterbox, replace some broken tiling in bathroom, put up some blinds in bedrooms, new 'doggy door', new , fix outside window cover, fix hole in roof of cupboard and new shelf, fix outside window cover, new doggy door, fix light fixtures and replace new bulbs and check if switch on lighting ok, install partition door in lounge, fix security door that wont close properly. Also some satellite wire have been cut from inside roof and hanging from ceiling so needs to be connected somehow. Can be quite alot so someone that i can call month to month and get things done gradually. I can send pics on phone of things that I can send. Basically looking to make house more 'presentable' so can sell or rent again. So what work can be done would be good. Thanks
