Need to sell house. Front and back yard are overgrown, need to get rid of weeds, mow lawn, fix up garden beds. Need to remove pavers, timber/fence palling, light rubbish, lay/replace with cheapest option in any areas to bring house to presentable stage, Also replace side fence between neighbor, 1.9m high X 35m long. Not looking for fancy just a basic job.
