New trim fixed to kitchen cabinets

I have replaced an old built in oven and microwave with new appliances. the trim around the new appliances has been romoved as it does not fit. a new trim needs to be fixed to the wall cabinets. also there is a gap of 4 centimetres between the top of the front door and the brickwork which needs filling in with a small piece of wood. i would also like some door hooks hung behind the bathroom door.
