Rear neighbours ornamental pear tree branches are hanging a fair way into my back yard. Neighbour has not provided access & is fully aware that when trimmed branches will be returned to their yard & placed as close to back fence as possible. I have a potostram hedge across back fence so big ladder will be needed & a long handled saw to reach up to high branches
