Require a handyman to assemble a per-fabricated pergola with a flat roof (from Softwoods) 6 by 7.5 meter, attached at two sides of the house (side and rear wall), you will need to provide the concrete, and possibly paint the structure. I can take take a few of days off work to assist with labor if it cuts costs. I can provide plans and council permit.
