Need to shorten and move some external steel and hardwood steps through 90 degrees to make way for car hardstanding at front of house. Need to be able to dismantle the steps (hardwood treads bolted onto metal runners) House is only 10 years old, so no rust or rot. Then cut/grind the handrails off. Shorten the runners and rotate 90 degrees. Weld feet and handrails back on in new position. Reassemble steps to land on a small concrete square (to be chopped out of the garden). The sort of job which is just a bit too big for DIY, especially if you don't have a welder, but not big enough to interest a builder really. Can fit in with your other jobs as it is not desperate but it needs doing so I don't park on the front garden, as it has a fair slope on it. Also, if someone does concreting as well, that would be handy as that will be needed later. Or I can get someone else to do that, not a problem.
