Two minor maintenance issues:
1.The plastic plate cover for the antenna in the main bedroom is loose - looks as though it needs a bit of plaster/filler/putty and then can be superglued or drilled back on.
2. There is some grout between the ceiling bricks that is loose and dropping on the kitchen bench. It needs filling/sealing.
Photos available, hopefully quote can be provided based on the photos given it is such a small job.
