Hi there - I am looking for someone to come and repair / replace some small rotted sections of the underside of the eves of my 1970s brick house (tile roof) and repair the guttering above it. The material is a light painted ply and the wood has rotted from the gutter leak.
I also need someone to come and repair/fill a few small holes in the brickwork where the mortar has eroded.
