Manufacture and install a single kitchen cabinet

Could you please quote the manufacture and installation of the following kitchen cabinet.
size of the opening: 800 wide x 600 deep x 300 high. the 800 wide dimension is between the pantry gable and the wall. the 600 dimension is from the rear wall to the very front of the pantry blade/gable wall. the 300 high dimension will allow for the cabinet to finish the same height as the adjoining pantry whilst still leaving an approximate 90mm gap above the fridge.
the cabinets are with the following laminate. laminex, silky maple, matt finish, natural 632.
i’d like the cabinet two have 2 doors, and no internal shelves.
the cabinet is to go above a fridge so i’m not sure if there should be a gap between the back of the cabinet and the wall for air circulation and ventilation. also the fixing into the wall will have to be suitable to go into a steel stud frame.
