Make and fit metal brackets and rails to car for parcel shelf

This job is to create and fit metal brackets and rails to the inside of the back of a small SUV - to allow a hard parcel shelf to be fitted (instead of a cargo blind). There are three potential mounting points for brackets. The brackets must be attached with screws/bolts not welded to the car frame. The rails on each side of interior are to be an L-angle shape allowing the parcel shelf to be sit on the rails. A neat job is required as this is a car interior! Quotes should include all materials and fitting.

I would also prefer if you can include the woodwork to cut the parcel shelf from marine ply (in two-pieces) and cover in car-carpet - I would prefer to give the whole job to one-person! But if you can only do the metal work I'll consider offers. Thx
