We have a light bulb requiring change, in a pendant which is 4.6 metres above the floor surface. This job is inside the front door of the house, in the entry foyer.
Apologies for this nuisance, but we cannot get up to the light fitting.

One bayonet bulb and a screw in bulb are already at the house (in small cupboard in kitchen, immediately above the fridge area).
