I live in a 22 yr old house that was built on a concrete slab. i have 2 separate showers that have a concrete base which is tiled. the showers are leaking and i assume from where the base & wall meet and water is damaging the plaster on the other side of the wall which is the hallway. i need the showers repaired and sealed and returned to a condition that will allow a tiler to come in and tile them. i need the outlet in the showers raised about 4 cm to allow the tiler to lay a new base in the showers and i need the plaster replaced in the hallway and when the tiles are finished i will need the shower screens re fitted.
