small yard of townhouse in complex - take off top layer (remove weeds some grass) and take up approx 12 cement pavers to lay probably sand base then artificaial turf and relay pavers. Will need to also connect downpipe of awning to stormwater drain for drainage. Wanting artificial grass as yard gets next to no sun in winter and becomes a muddy mess and unusable, and in summer - bakes hard, grass does not grow, mainly weeds. Want a usuable backyard.
