Large job, remove half of garden mainly shrubs

Job is in parts. Firstly, urgently need someone to remove all plants against house as have termites inside and need to get garden beds (about 20 metres long) removed before treatment can be done. Plants include some grasses, agapanthus and shrubs. Next, would like to remove another simliar area, and hedge, prune and tidy up other areas but that isn't as urgent. Also I require ongoing regular garden maintenance. Only mowing/edging is footpath (on a corner block).
