We have a metal stump underneath our balcony, that shows some rust of the size of a 20 cent coin just above the ground, it is wet when I touch it. The stump's top end was not sealed/has no cap and... The stump's top end was not sealed/has no cap and therefore water goes inside. We need to repair the rust before it gets worse, and have all stump tops, after removal of water, sealed (back and front balcony, 7 stumps).
