The door is fine, and does not need replacing, only the woodwork on the sides/bottom of the door frame, including the trim. Need a quote for replacing this woodwork, sealing the entire area/waterpoofing/grouting etc and reattaching the original door.

A tenant has damaged the bricks on the outside wall. due to driving her car out of the garage with her door of her car open. this has pushed the front wall out of allignment and cracked the bricks...
