I've found many carpenter ants after pulling away some of the rotting wood so am thinking that they may be nesting in the rotting wood. I am after a quote on repairing this and also replacing the edging/cladding from all the windows.

The water is then rotting the interior window sil. This is happening on two different windows both at the front of the house. The external window framing is rendered polystyrene, I'm open to...
