Hi there,
I have an older weatherboard house in Woy Woyy which needs the following:
1. Painting (interior)
2. Pull-up carpet and vinyl so floor can be polished
3. Install new door (old one is damaged) and stain
4. Tile laundry
5. Install simple curtain rods.
6. Other small maintenance items
Would prefer to have this job completed by early April. I settle on the property on 23 March 2010.
