Hello, I have two pairs of Heavy duty self closing gate hinges which i require to be installed in place of the original hinges on two pedestrian gates for a owners corp common property walkway. We self manage our owners corp and don't have a lot of money to spend, we figure we have $100-$200 for this job. Please do not respond if you think this job is too small, this is the second time I have had to post this online, after 3 quotes all fell through. I am looking for someone reliable.
