Install window fan (supplied) in bathroom window

I have purchased a special window fan that i would like installed in my bathroom window.
i would assume that this would require someone taking out the current glass, putting in new glass with a hole for the fan and then installing the fan into the window.
there is no real electrical work involved as the fan as a plug installed at the back that can be plugged into a wall socket.
someone can come out and look at the job if need be.
