i would like a quote to install 1 man hole in the upstairs ceiling of my terrace house in Newtown, Sydney. There is currently no ceiling access & I want to get the upstairs lights rewired without removing the roof. There should be crawl space up there.
The ceiling is gyprock which I think was installed over the top of boards. Roof cavity has insulation batts. Lock on manhole cover would be good. Approximation of the cost would be greatly appreciated.
Am hoping to get job done ASAP and before 4 October.
