1) Replace kitchen sink splashback area with white tiles,
2) Replace 3 broken tiles and fix loose grout in wet areas i.e. kitchen and bathroom,
3) Repair rotten bottom two corners of a bi-fold door to backyard and a small rotten area of bedroom window,
4) Replace and old toilet seat with new one already provided,
5) Attach one and secure the other laundry cupboard doors.
