Heavier Pictures to b hung with wall plugs on inside some on brickwork x maybe 10. Pictures to be hung outside on brickwork and masonite x 3 and an outside umbrella needs masonary screws into the base to hold onto paving so does not topple ove..screw holes there in base for this purpose. Can you provide wall plugs?
