Hang my new Simpson 4kg clothes dryer onto plasterboard wall in laundry cupboard. A dryer has been there previously but when my cousin tried to hang it on the brackets provided with the unit the weight didn't hold. In addition I have a downlight bulb which has blown in very high ceiling and needs changing.
