Hang dryer, tighten stair rail and door stopper

Main job needed is hanging a Fisher & Paykel dryer in a cupboard laundry. I have the wall bracket and venting kit. You may need to screw a new timber strip to wall to hold the bracket (which I don't have, or you might be able to move the timber strip that is in place where a dryer was previosuly hung). If you could also a tighten a metal stair rail (needs to be screwed in I think, not obvious how it connects to plaster wall) and a door stopper that would be handy.
