Need to replace sliding door with window on 1st floor and remove existing balcony.
Hence following needs to be done
1) Remove Sliding Door
2) Install new window and put a half frame to close the gap
3) Finish inside with plaster sheet, arch and skirting, paint and finish
4) Outside put a plastic foil and foam cladding to fill the gap
5) Remove existing balcony
6) Complete exterior with matching render finish on top of foam cladding.
Site clean and take away all rubbish including sliding door and balcony timber.
Quote is to provide all material and labour charges, including all the rubbish skip bin etc if required.
