Handyman to replace benchtop and splashback (volunteer)

RSPCA wildlife clinic has a benchtop that needs replacing. It's 1880 mm x 600 mm and has a sink in it. The sink and tap are fine.
The job is to provide a second hand benchtop, cut it to size and install it. A shelf above it would be fantastic. Replacing the cupboards underneath would also be wonderful. The urgent need though is the top.
