Handyman - to fix timber flooring and windows

I need a number of small handyman jobs done. All materials will be supplied. The jobs are as follows:
1. Two windows do not seal properly. Both windows need rollers replaced.
2. Replace two floor boards. Approx 1m x 19cm wide. Will need to remove and replace carpet before replacing floor boards.
3. There is some wood panelling that has brickwork behind it and one or two bricks have jutted out of the wall and the surrounding wood panelling has warped. So approx 20cm of wood panelling needs to be removed and bricks beneath it need attention and wood panelling then needs to be replaced.
4. Fix/ replace a door handle.
5. There is a small leak on the roof and it need to be repaired. Then a small patch of the ceiling where water has seeped needs painting. The flat roof is on a double storey building.
6. Remove and replace one tile.
