Viren requested 3 quotes from Handymen in Keilor Downs

  following handyman work is required.
1. Replace hinges for all doors – Approx 18 door including (3 wardrobe doors). - Hinge Color - Chrome or Satin cheapest possible.

2. Change/Install door handles for door – You need to ensure that you buy handles with the correct dimension to fit the hole (See attached photo). All toilets and bathroom need to have privacy door handle sets. Hence, you will need

A) Normal passage lever set approx 10-12, B) Privacy Lever set for doors bathroom and toilers - 3 normal lever and C) Privacy Handle/Knob for ensuite sliding - 1

All Lever Handle/Knob Color - Brushed Nickel/Satin

Something like 'Ikonic Brushed Nickel Fellino Dummy Lever" - bunnings

3. Heating, Cooling and Exhaust Fan vent/cover - Approx 15. They need to be taken off and washed thoroughly and dried. Thereafter you need to spray paint Flat White Matt color and put it back.


4. Install Bathroom and Toilet accessory fittings i.e 3 x Toilet Roll holder, 2 x Towel rails, 4 x Face Wash Holder etc). We already have already bought this.

5. Measure all window sizes so that I can order Blinds for the same.

For items 1,2, and 3 you need to buy it from Bunnings or Masters and provide us photos of receipts and we will reimbursed this amount directly to your bank account or pay cash.
