HANDYMAN FOR SIDE FENCE - TYABB VIC

We need to get a side fence done for a section to be blocked off for our dog. It is just under 3metres wide and we need it to be fairly high (we have a big dog) and we want a small gate put there to so we can get thru. Thinking maybe a pool fence is the cheapest way to go? We also have a small section of retaining wall that is raised next to where the fence is going to be put that needs a fence (approx 1/2 meter). We are needing this asap - so only someone who can get the job done soon need apply please - also looking for cheapest possible. Thanks :)
