Sam arrived on time and provided a very competitive quote which I accepted. \r\n\r\nOn the day of the job, I was surprised how well they were organized, all work areas were covered with drop sheets and all rubbish was taken away. As the job ran over time and it was dark when it was completed, Sam was unable to sweep up the the outside work area for any minor sawdust etc. He insisted that he gives me a $50 refund to cover this inconvenience.\r\n\r\nI have since used Sam on 2 occasions for other work. Highly recommended.
