Although your pricing was competitive, I decided to choose another provider because another provider beat your price (by $20) but primarily it was because the other provider was the only one of the three quotes I received to mention the probability of clogged downpipes (which I had not even considered) and offered to unclog them for free if they were not difficult. An additional factor in not choosing your business was that Hire A Hubby is a franchise, even though the franchisees operate like other small businesses, your business is supported by the Hire A Hubby (in branding and network) and as such seems less \'in need\' for the business in the same way a private contractor is.
